No, any child in the community is welcome to attend First Congregational UCC Preschool in Elyria.

We are supported by the church in the sense that we use their facilities, their maintenance department and other resources.

Cars get in line for drop-off and pick-up each day and a teacher or parent helper will come to the car to unbuckle or buckle up your preschooler!

Payments can be made in whole, halves or monthly payments throughout the school year.

There is a small "activities fee" that will be collected at the beginning of the school year to pay upfront for class activities, parties and field trips throughout the school year.

Students are not required to bring supplies to school, but teachers have an optional "please send" list at the beginning of the year that parents can contribute to classroom supplies.

Students visit Apple Hill and walk to the Elyria YWCA for a movement and music session.

First Congregational UCC Preschool in Elyria follows the school closure schedule for the Elyria city school school district.

There is a fall fundraiser raffle night for parents and adult family members and a spring candy sale through Malley's chocolates.

Please send a healthy snack such as carrots, raisins, crackers or something individually wrapped. Please also send in something to drink for the class and napkins.

Please just send in a snack and let the teachers know that you will not be able to stay for the day!

Students who will be picked up more than 15 minutes late will be charged a fee.
